We used a steady hand and a saw to start making our frames for our special pictures of Ghost

Once the wood was cut and stuck together to make a frame we had to think carefully about decorating the frame.

The challenge was to make it free standing!

Yesssss!! We did it !! A free standing frame.

We are very lucky!!! We have Sarah Fae the actual author of this book working in our school ! We are using this story as a basis for our work this half term. Sarah is going to let us contact the illustrator and we have organised a visit to the place which inspired her so much she used it as a setting for the story. It really is a truly magical story. Watch this space to see all the work we do related to this special story.
