Slaley First School values parental involvement and has drawn up homework activities which encourage parents to share in and support their children's learning.
It is expected that children will read with their parents daily and other homework is planned as follows -
Year 1 / 2 - Maths / Engilsh Games
Year 3 / 4 - Maths or English task (alternating) / Weekly times tables and spellings
All Homework will come home on a Friday and will need to be returned by the following Wednesday.
