Easter Holiday Activities

6th April 2020
As we head into the Easter Holiday, which feels very strange for us all, we will continue to share any photos you would like to send to us.
Sharing activities and experiences, gives us ideas of things we could also be doing like:
  • producing homemade 'mocktails' whilst dressed as a superhero!...why not?!
  • creating a wonderful rainbow of hearts for our front window... or,
  • working on a huge jigsaw together? - well done!
You've been using all sorts of interesting materials to create wonderful Easter Bonnets and I hear a number of you managed to get together for a 'virtual parade' using Zoom. That's wonderful!
Along with other creative projects!
We are extremely lucky to live in such a lovely part of the country, where there is plenty of countryside to enjoy right on our doorstep.  It's been great to see so many of you making the most of the fine weather by enjoying being outside in the garden and exercising close to home.
Some of you are also 'busy on the farm' with lambing in full swing!
And we are still baking! Just as well we are also keeping active too!
We are pleased to see that the activities we have posted are proving useful to you at home. It's also lovely to see children coming up with their own projects to keep themselves busy.  Edward has started to write a story whilst also plotting the growth of his caterpillars on a line graph!
And there is nothing better to do with your time than relax with a good book...perfect! Perhaps you'd like to send us pictures of you reading in 'unusual places'? As we know, we love to read everywhere and anywhere!
